Desert Hills V (DH-V) is an association of 195 homeowners located in the heart of the adult retirement community of Green Valley AZ, which is 20 miles south of Tucson and 35 miles north of Nogales on I-19. DH-V is governed by a Homeowners Association with an elected board of officers. Governing documents are known as 1) bylaws, 2) conditions, covenants and restrictions (CC&Rs) and 3) any rules published to provide guidance to homeowners. All lot owners have been provided a copy of governing documents and must be familiar with their responsibility for maintenance issues and the need for the HOA Architectural Committee to approve any and all exterior changes to lot, landscape and structure. Consult the CC&R document and the menu tab at page bottom for "Homeowner Responsibilities.""
